Orthodox Christian Network and Illumination Learning Host Global Webinar
Illumination Learning, a new ministry of the Orthodox Christian Network, invites you to a webinar on October 20, 2012 where we will be hosting an expansive family of Orthodox Christians meeting via a virtual conference center. We have an opportunity to gather together from around the world despite great distances between us to listen to Orthodox speakers present in real time on how they have dedicated their lives to living purposely for Christ.
The speakers presenting at this webinar come from varying backgrounds and have experienced unique paths in life allowing them to share part of their story in how they chose to live their life purposely as an Orthodox Christian.
We look forward to participating in the upcoming webinar with: Dr. Albert Rossi who teaches pastoral theology at Saint Vladimir's Seminary in New York will be presenting on You are the Light of the World: This presentation will focus on 'identity' as the focus of living a purposeful life as Orthodox Christians. Who am I, really? What are the ingredients of living out my identity? What are some of the implications of living such a life?

The Orthodox Christian Network has been an official agency of SCOBA since 2003 and is now working within the Assembly of Bishops. Originally commissioned by SCOBA to create a national, sustainable and effective media witness for Orthodox Christianity throughout North America, OCN produces the only nationally syndicated Orthodox Christian radio broadcast, as well as several other outreach programs, including DVDs and internet-based media, in direct collaboration with sister assembly agencies (e.g., IOCC, OCMC, OCF, OCPM), as well as with various Orthodox Christian jurisdictions and pan-Orthodox, para-church organizations. Our goal is to engage the broader culture of North America with Orthodox Christianity's rich theological, spiritual, and moral heritage, and to thereby strengthen the Orthodox Church's witness and contribution to the culture in which we live.
