Thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously. This is something I was struggling with recently. I am not married, but I was recently engaged. I realized that my partner and I were not mutually negotiating our differences. As mentioned in your lecture, negotiation, teamwork, putting God first, and healthy communication are key to a good marriage.

Additionally, I realized we were not putting God first. It is apparent that God's will for us cannot happen if we choose not to listen to Him or put Him first.

I recently graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University (A Christian school) with a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling as well as Mental Health Counseling. This lecture held the values PBA instilled into their counseling program. This provides affirmation and confirmation my school provided me the proper teaching necessary to help others follow God's Will for us and live a good Christian life.
