This area of study has been one of my favorites for many years. Too bad that many christians do not know enough of this history...the century before Christ and after. The struggle within the Jewish community and how this struggle continued when more and more gentiles came into christian faith. The struggle continued for some centuries later. I have a book shelve full of this interesting history.
